Q1:  Can we schedule two courses during the same weekend and make it a two-day lab intensive?

Short answer: We do not combine courses into a single intensive weekend.

Each course is intentionally designed as a stand-alone learning experience to allow time for reflection, clinical application, and integration between sessions.

Spacing courses apart enhances retention, skill refinement, and safe implementation—especially for hands-on pediatric joint mobilization techniques.  Additionally, some courses are discipline-specific. For example, occupational therapists are welcome to attend the Upper Extremity course but may not require lower extremity or spine content. Keeping courses separate allows participants to register only for what is most relevant to their clinical practice.

If you are hosting multiple courses, we are happy to schedule them throughout the year to support progressive learning.

Q2: What is the minimum number of participants required to host a course?

The minimum enrollment required to host a course is 8 participants.

If registration falls below this threshold, the host site may:

  • Continue marketing the course to reach minimum enrollment

  • Convert to a smaller customized workshop (pricing may adjust)

  • Reschedule to a mutually agreed-upon date

We are committed to working collaboratively with hosts to make courses successful and well attended.

Q3: Are the courses pediatric-specific?

Yes. All courses focus specifically on pediatric and adolescent populations, with emphasis on:

  • Safety considerations

  • Red flags

  • Skeletal immaturity implications

  • Evidence-informed technique modification

Q4:  How much hands-on lab time is included?

In-person days prioritize lab-based learning. Participants should expect:

  • Supervised skill practice

  • Partner work

  • Clinical reasoning case application

  • Instructor feedback

Safety and proper technique execution are emphasized.

Q5:  What is your cancellation policy?

We know that there are circumstances that might not allow you to attend a course after you have registered and paid.  If you need to cancel, we will refund you in full up to two weeks (14 days) before the first day of the course. Within 30 days, registration may be transferred to another attendee but is non-refundable.

Q6:  What is required from the hosting site?

  1. Adequate lab space (plinths/tables)

  2. Projector and screen

  3. WiFi access

  4. Marketing support to reach minimum enrollment

  5. Local contact person for coordination

Q7:  Can this course be customized for my clinic or hospital?

Yes. Private hosting and content customization are available. Contact us to discuss your setting, population, and clinical needs.
